About
Hi!
My name is Julia, but you can call me Jules!
I have been passionate about games, art, and technology ever since I was a kid (the first game I played was Doom when I was two years old with my dad).
After three years of learning traditional art, I decided to pursue higher education in the 3D art field. In June 2022, I graduated with honours with a BA degree in 3D Animation and VFX from the University of Lower Silesia. Afterward, I started a MA degree in Computer Science at the IU International University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and will graduate in 2024.
My experience includes an internship as a 3D Generalist in the Odd Qubit studio and working as a 3D Character Artist for the games Gimle: The Broken Prophecy and Builders of Greece for Blum Entertainment. In 2023, I interned as a 3D Artist at Mastory where I took care of asset creation, animation as well as technical art.
I am an Ambassador for Women in Games.
I am a firm believer that games are art and that the actual border between art and technology is thin - there is just something beautiful in lines of code or a well-organized 3D mesh.
I am originally from the Sudetes area of Poland and I am currently based in Berlin. In my free time, I like to bake, play tabletop role-playing games or go hiking.
